Where and how to submit a visa application in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visa applications for Italy must be submitted to this Embassy through the offices of the authorized external service provider. The use of the service offered by the external provider is mandatory, except for family members of citizens of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland, as referred to in Articles 2 and 3 of Legislative Decree no. 30\/2007.<\/p>\n

ATTENZIONE: si consiglia di presentare le domande di visto con considerevole anticipo sulla data di partenza, fino a un massimo di sei mesi, e si raccomanda di non condividere i propri dati personali con terzi. Si informa che non si accettano domande di visto inviate via posta, non si accetta l\u2019invio di documentazione integrativa via email e che l\u2019Ambasciata non effettua il servizio di consegna dei passaporti tramite corriere.<\/p>\n

La domanda di visto deve essere presentata all\u2019Ufficio Visti dell\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Italia del luogo di residenza abituale del richiedente visto.<\/p>\n

Kazakhstan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applicants residing in Kazakhstan must submit their visa applications through VFS, the authorized external service provider. The use of the service offered by the external provider is mandatory, except for family members of citizens of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland, as referred to in Articles 2 and 3 of Legislative Decree no. 30\/2007.<\/p>\n

To submit an application at the aforementioned Company, it is necessary to book an appointment exclusively through the website: https:\/\/visa.vfsglobal.com\/kaz\/en\/ita<\/a><\/p>\n

The opening hours for submitting visa applications at the VFS offices are: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00.<\/p>\n

The opening hours for passport collection at the VFS offices are: Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 19:00, and Saturday, from 09:00 to 13:00.<\/p>\n
